I have had two hair transplants from Great Hair Transplants and it has literally changed my whole life. I had a lot of self-esteem issues but now I dont have this at all.
Dr Bolton and his team are extremely professional, before the hair transplant they look to see the best option for your hair transplant and give you professional options after this they get you ready for the day of the surgery and make sure you are ok. On the day of the surgery they make sure you are comfortable my one took 4 to 5 hours but it only felt like 1 hour to me. After the surgery Josh would contact me to make sure I was ok and to see how my hair was progressing.
I cant say how much I appreciate everything Great Hair Transplants and its team have done for me.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a hair transplant. I have my before and after photos attached to this review.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bolton and Im extremely happy with my results. From start to finish, the process was professional, reassuring, and well explained.
One thing I really appreciated was how available and responsive he was throughout my recovery. I was definitely one of those patients who kept texting and asking questions, and every time he calmly reminded me to be patient and trust the process, explaining that its normal for patients to get nervous and that results take time. That reassurance made a huge difference.

Ok so Im 72. Was totally bald in 2006 picture in middle below when I saw Wade Boggs result with a Dr levitt and I contacted that practice and met with salesman Josh Engoren who had several successful procedures himself then. So picture on right was one year later 2007 and result of first transplant and so I went back thru Josh and had another procedure. . It lasted 18 years and in 2023 I contexts Josh Engoren and had a procedure with Brett Bolton. And thats the pic on left. Im going back Wednesday at 72 for one final procedure to get fuller look and have become totally comfortable with this 3-5 hour same stay surgery and well hitting more homeruns with the ladies than ever. Do not hesitate! Josh, Dr. Bolton, and the entire team are exceptionally professional. I flew from Massachusetts for my hair transplant and could not be happier with the results. I recently had a hair transplant done here with Dr. Bolton and couldnt be happier with the experience and results. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The work was done very meticulously, and even early on you can tell the quality is top-tier. The hairline looks natural, density was well planned, and the care afterward was excellent. I had been to several hair transplant surgeons before Dr. Bolton. All were disappointing but Dr. Chambers who tragically died in a plain crash with several of his assistants. He and his assistants were excellent, but my hair didn't look that great and it was unfinished. In one procedure Dr. Bolton showed his sheer genius ob by being far and away the best in every way and his fees are very fair considering the amazing results through his different grafts, harvesting the grafts and his artistry ability and perfect suturing. Josh, the man who manages the office is totally dedicated to Dr. Bolton having had all his hair restoration by Dr. Bolton and he wants the best for the patients know how much he and other men hate being bald and love Dr. Bolton's remarkable results. Dr. Bolton and Josh are an amazing team. No one can tell I have had hair transplants and my hair is maybe my best feature. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Bolton. I recommend him 100%. He is as good as any hair restoration doctor in the world, probly the best as far as I know.

My experience with my hair transplants in Dr Bolton's office was easy and efficient. I lived 4 hours away, so I planed to stay locally instead of attempting to drive home after the procedure. That worked out great. I took my pain medicine as described, Got a good nights rest and drove home next day. I don't remember the time line, but the healing and hair regrowth progressed rather quickly . I continued to use a Hair Club system during this transition, but it wasn't for very long. I had planned for two, maybe three procedures, but this one transplant produced the look I wanted and didn't need the others. This was 19 years ago. Unless reminded I never think about that I had this done. My hair and how I groom it is totally natural. Luckily for me my hair had stopped falling out before I had this done, so it has stayed at the same density all this time. Another mention that happened just a few years ago: I was on a lengthy cruise where I spent a lot of time with my social group of long term friends. A wife of a friend was encouraging her husband to do something with his receding hair line. I volunteered that I had had that done. They have never known I had it done and were amazed. I had several of the wives inspecting my hair line for proof, which was fun. Lol
I have always felt lucky that the procedure has held up for me all this time, since I don't have a way to compare it could be more than luck. It could be the skill and talent of Dr Bolton.

Recently had the max harvest procedure with Dr Bolton. The entire process was easy and professional. From the first call to the weeks following the surgery they where incredible. All questions answered, easy to get a hold of and the procedure it self was first class . Approx 5 hours and I was out of the door with more graphs than anyone else told me was even possible. Healing process wasn't bad . Very little pain at all post opp and none at all during the procedure. If you're thinking about a transplant, this is a top tier professional I'd highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Engoren and Dr. Bolton earlier this year. I cant say enough good about my experience. From the beginning I initially had to reschedule my appointment and was a bit nervous that I may have made things difficult for them, but no matter whatsoever. Mr. Engoren was incredibly patient, kind and understanding.
I opted for staying at his specific location near Dr. Boltons office. He was very helpful, incredibly kind and hospitable. The accommodations were fantastic and I felt as if I was on vacation. Mr. Engoren was kind enough to offer a short drive over to Dr. Boltons office the next day where I ate breakfast at the restaurant next door, (food was great btw) then headed up to Dr. Boltons. (You decide when youre ready to start the procedure for that day)
Dr.Bolton and his team were all so kind and welcoming. And thats what you will experience when you arrive, theres this down to earth chill atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and that you know youre in good hands. Dr. Bolton, Mr. Engoren and the team care about you because they have been where you are. They understand innately, which makes the experience all the more stress free.
My procedure took a few hours, it felt a lot shorter however. Theres no pain whatsoever Dr. Bolton goes above and beyond to take good care of you so theres no discomfort. If I could describe the experience of the procedure, It feels like youre getting the sides and back of your head shaved and then the team of artists go to work on your scalp.
So now let me talk about the results so far. Its been roughly six months of hair growth, and Dr. Bolton has completely rebuilt my hairline from nothing. Its incredible, it really transforms not only how you look but how you feel about yourself. It really works and from what Ive been told it will continue to grow thicker over the next year or so. Dr. Bolton loves his work and how it helps so many people, and you can clearly see that love in everyones experiences and results.
They provide you with an after care package with instructions to help you with the initial washing and care for your scalp, and are always available via text or call to help answer any questions you may have. These are serious professionals who take great responsibility and care in their work, making sure you are doing well, before, during and after your procedure.
If youre on the fence and not sure. Do it! I simply cant say enough good and praise for my experience and results from the wonderful group of people that make up Dr. Boltons team. I am eternally grateful to them, their help, kindness and understanding, and you will be too! 11/10!!!

I flew from Montreal (Canada) to have the surgery. Let me tell you that the service was excellent and the surgery went extremely well. The surgery occurred on May first of 2019 (approx. 6000 hairs to lower my hair line). I will post pictures in six months. I've had an excellent service from the whole team. Dr. Bolton and josh gave me their personal cell. Phone number in case I had some questions.
January 2022 update ! The hair line looks amazing, no one could tell I did a hair transplant. The scare is visible when you trim the back at 2. I did the micro pigmentation as well.
I will probably go back in a year Or two for a second surgery and scar revision

I had my Hair transplant done in October of 2024 and at 8 months I am extremely happy with my results. I can't wait till 18 months to see the final results but I can honestly say Dr. Bolton truly knows what he is doing. My hairline looks so natural it is unbelievable. I had my first hair transplant with Dr. Bolton in 2021, the results were amazing , due to my genetics I had more hair loss but the hair Dr Bolton transplant still looks great , now its 2025 I just had my third transplant with Dr Bolton last week . His whole staff was excellent , I didnt feel like a customer , but more like family , he explains everything to me in detail, and was very honest of what to expect.

Two weeks out from my hair transplant procedure. Experience was amazing. Dr. Bolton and his staff were very professional, caring and patient. Was the only patient in a large procedure room that is dedicated to only one patient. The procedure went smoothly and did not feel any pain. Post-operatively, Dr. Bolton and his staff made themselves available for any questions and concerns. Healing well to this point and cant wait to see the end product. For anyone thinking about this procedure, would highly recommend Dr. Brett Bolton.
