Dr. Bolton and Josh were extremely professional my results were amazing.

I have undergone two transplants with Dr. Brett Bolton, the first in 2013 when I was almost bald (which is after having a transplant with another hair-transplant office in 2002) and 2021. The 2021 transplant was the more challenging: a dermatologist had used Xray therapy on the top of my scalp to eliminate a basal cell. It cured the basal cell but killed the transplanted hair follicles, leaving scar tissue. Dr. Bolton warned me that it is difficult to get hair follicles to grow through scar tissue, but he would do his best. A year later the hair around the scar tissue is thicker, and there is some growth through the scar tissue. Importantly, the bald spot of the scar tissue is much smaller-scarcely visible. Dr. Bolton’s staff is very friendly, easy to work with. They have had transplants, too, so they know the concerns that patients have. Having the procedure is actually a relaxing experience-sit back and watch a movie while they work away on restoring your hair. All that’s missing is a cold beer LOL. You will be glad you chose Dr Bolton for your procedure!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bolton, Josh and the rest of the transplant team. Our journey started with my son leaving for college for the first time. He began complaining that he was losing his hair. After having him checked out by his doctor, they determined that he suffered from male pattern baldness. As a 19 year old, this was devastating. My once confident and happy son became so down.He didn't want to go anywhere or see his friends. The only way he left the house was with a hat on. As a parent, I went into fix it mode. I really researched what the best method would be, strip or FUE. We did the strip and are so happy with our choice! Dr. Bolton gave us our son back. It's been 2 years since the transplant and my son has a full head of hair. I wish I could post pictures but my son would flip out (very private).If you want pics or to talk to me if your unsure , let Josh know. I am forever grateful to Dr. Bolton. Josh, I can't say enough about this guy!! No matter what time or how many times I texted or called he always answered! We still check in to this day! I saw Dr Bolton for hair loss. I have done 2 procedures and the results has been amazing. I have a previous surgery before at a location in Texas, which did not give me good results, I end up with a bad scar and very few good grafts. When I consult Dr. Bolton I knew my case was gonna be difficult and I did no have any big expectations as far of results. On my first surgery my full front was fully cover with good grafts, the first 3 month were not that significant but then after I noticed a big improvement, then the second surgery went much better I am within the first 3 months and I am already seen good results. Dr. Bolton is very profesional he had great surgical skills, my recovery was amazing on the first week I noticed significant amount of healing, very little inflammation, no edema on my face or forehead, I used ice as indicated for the first 3 days and the pain was minimal. Dr. Bolton staff has been very helpful they had contacted me several time before during and after the procedure to make sure I was doing well. I recommend this place for male hair transplant. I went to Dr Bolton for a great hair transplant! I wanted to get the most hair I could in one procedure. I had a procedure years ago and now at Bosley they could not do as much coverage I needed. It would cost a lot more for multiple procedures which is hard on your hair and your life. I wanted to do just one!. Josh the hair specialist gave me accurate information as my hair loss was massive! First thing I started on was Finasteride. I talked to my urologist about it and he said studies proved that there was as much side effects as with a palcebo. With Minoxidil and Finasteride, 12 months later my hair loss was not as massive and then I had the procedure. I live in Hawaii so going to Florida for the procedure I had to make sure this was the best bang for the buck for getting my hair back. Before I heard of Dr Bolton I visited Bosley for a consultation. Not only they could not give me my hair back in one procedure, they told me I could stop using Minoxidil and I could use a laser cap instead. Big mistake! Months later I lost a lot of hair before I talked to Josh at Great Hair Transplants. He helped me get my hair back and better than I expected! To think I considered shaving my head and going bald! I am at 10 months now and my coverage is impressive. I am 65 and my hair was thin and very sparse and grey and white on the sides. It was straight with no body and baby hair thin strands showing lots of scalp. Now the hair quality is thick and dark. It is unbelievable, but it is very curly now also. I always wanted curly hair and I guess the donor site in the back was where my hair started to curl. First procedure I had years before elsewhere, my hair that was transplanted was the same type of hair and straight. Now from fine whispy grey hair to thick dark curly hair I could not be happier. Well worth it!

I have had a procedure with Bosley and Dr. Bolton blew them away with the results. The whole process was a breeze and Mike was amazing with pre and post care and checking in on the progress. Overall it’s the best option for the best results, I will be going back for another procedure!

I had a Max harvest plus procedure with Dr Bolton in October 2020. I had anxiety about the strip being taken out before the procedure, but I can confirm that it does not hurt whatsoever. Dr. B is highly skilled with the scalpel and uses a perfect amount of local anesthetic so there is no discomfort at all when the strip is being taken out. Dr B said it was 70 square cm taken out. Once the strip is taken out Dr Bolton creates the recipient sites which are slits that I didn't feel being made either. While Dr B makes the sites, the staff of three male technicians (who were very professional and who have each been working at GHT for years) dissect the strip under microscopes. Once that is complete, you get a quick bathroom break if needed and can eat some of the snacks and drinks they have set up for you next to the surgical chair if you want. GHT is very private and they only book one client per day and their all male staff (including front desk) focus on you totally. There are no females there to worry about giggling or giving you anxiety while you are in a vulnerable situation. This was a big relief, because most other hair transplant docs book many patients per day and have mostly all female technicians working for them. The technicians surrounded me one on front left, one on front right, and one in the back and they placed the grafts all throughout my head with no pain. When the procedure was completed after about 4-5 hours. Dr Bolton provided all the post op instructions and medication. I was given Keflex antibiotic to protect against any possible infection, anti-inflammatory methylprednisolone pills, Hydrocodone for pain as needed and Tylenol as well. I was also given GraftCyte spray and the instructions to follow for the first 5 days after the procedure. I sat up the whole night of the procedure and was cautious never to touch the recipient area. I took the hydrocodone only the first two days but didn't really need to. Then just Tylenol for the next 3 days. On day 3 I had swelling in my forehead area, on day 4 the swelling traveled down to my eye area, and on day 5 it went to my cheeks. By day 7 all the swelling was all gone, and I had new hairs firmly planted in my head with much of the recipient site scabbing flaking off. I was liking what I was seeing, but those new hairs started shed off around day 13 just as they are supposed to and then they grew back in around 3 months and filled in over the course of the year. I had the stitches removed around 12 days after the procedure and that was a huge relief to have taken out and that was completely painless also. Now my suture line healed invisibly. I cut my sides with a #7 guard and you see no scar at all. I also feel no scar and have all the feeling in my scalp. The end results were nothing short of amazing. Exaclty as I had hoped for and needed! Now I have a complete and full head of hair with a hairline that I can style and comb various ways. It looks completely natural and nobody has ever asked if it was a transplant in the 2 years since the procedure. The whole experience was professional and Dr Bolton and his staff were great. The operating room and the whole office is extremely clean and you can tell it is not some high volume get you in get you out kind of place. I was completely comfortable the whole time. I reccomend contacting them and asking for my patient coordinator named Michael with questions or to set up a procedure. He helped me through the entire process and it's been 2 years and he still follows up for updates. Dr. B is obviously passionate about getting great results for his patients. Highest possible recomendation! Look no further!

I flew from Montreal (Canada) to have the surgery. Let me tell you that the service was excellent and the surgery went extremely well. The surgery occurred on May first of 2019 (approx. 6000 hairs to lower my hair line). I will post pictures in six months. I've had an excellent service from the whole team. Dr. Bolton and josh gave me their personal cell. Phone number in case I had some questions. January 2022 update ! The hair line looks amazing, no one could tell I did a hair transplant. The scare is visible when you trim the back at 2. I did the micro pigmentation as well. I will probably go back in a year Or two for a second surgery and scar revision Thank you!! Merci beaucoup!
